Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled nurse to join our team of professionals who provide community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As an LPN Ambulatory Care professional, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic setting that offers variety and rewarding challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing services, training, and supports to address the medical or psychiatric needs of our clients.
- Maintain optimal health conditions, ensure exceptional service delivery, and administer medications as prescribed.
- Train staff members on universal precautions, infection control measures, and medication administration guidelines.
- Serve as a liaison and advocate with other medical and professional service providers.
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or related field (or LPN equivalent).
- One year of experience working with the served population in a nursing capacity.
- Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
- Additional certifications as required by state licensing regulations.
