The Program Supervisor - IDD Services plays a critical role in our success, overseeing the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participating in administrative duties like staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and organizational expertise. You will supervise a team of caregivers supporting individuals in the program and provide support with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.
- Duties:
- Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.
