Job Summary
This role involves managing the assembly process from start to finish, ensuring efficient inventory control, part preparation, testing, and shipping.
Responsibilities:
- Perform hand assembly of gear motors, reducers, and adjustable drives with high precision and accuracy.
- Maintain and organize parts stockrooms, ensuring timely replenishment and retrieval of components as needed.
- Conduct repairs, restocking, and warranty evaluations to maintain optimal equipment performance.
- Participate in testing and servicing equipment, as well as tasks like washing, prepping, painting, packing, shipping, receiving, and general clean-up duties.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Eligibility and authorization to work in the United States on an ongoing indefinite basis.
- Excellent hand-assembly abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills to meet production requirements.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and occasional manual labor.
