Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Configuration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in mechanical and technical products to provide accurate quotations, ensure seamless order processing, and offer technical support to internal teams, sales, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform drive selections, including SEW-EURODRIVE products, to meet customer requirements.
- Evaluate industrial drive selections based on SEW-EURODRIVE guidelines, calculation tools, and pricing policies.
- Generate quotations within established timeframes.
- Review incoming orders for technical accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Peer review colleagues' work to ensure high-quality offers.
- Provide technical sales support to Sales Managers, OEMs, Distributors, and User accounts.
Requirements and Expectations
We are looking for an individual with experience in estimating or quoting engineered mechanical components/systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
