Job Description

This role involves managing the assembly process, ensuring efficient inventory control, part preparation, testing, and shipping. The successful candidate will possess excellent hand-assembly skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform hand assembly of gear motors, reducers, and adjustable drives with high precision and accuracy.
• Manage parts stockrooms, ensuring timely replenishment and retrieval of components as needed.
• Conduct regular equipment maintenance, repairs, and warranty evaluations to optimize equipment performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and service equipment, as well as perform tasks like washing, prepping, painting, packing, shipping, receiving, and general clean-up duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Eligibility and authorization to work in the United States on an ongoing indefinite basis.
• Excellent hand-assembly abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills to meet production requirements.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and occasional manual labor.
