The Auto Parts E-Commerce Coordinator at Sewell Ford in Odessa is a lead team position that requires the team member to build upon and maintain a parts sales and commerce website in connection with the Sewell Family of Companies. The Auto Parts E-Commerce Coordinator is designed to support and enhance the online retail experience while utilizing a blend of marketing and technical skills to report and analyze sales and production data. The Auto Parts E-Commerce Coordinator will have an eye for automotive parts market trends and consumer behaviors that will help shape the digital presence of the Sewell Family of Companies brand. The Auto Parts E-Commerce Coordinator will collaborate with various departments, including : marketing, IT, Service, and Parts to contribute to a streamlined execution of Sewell e-commerce strategy.
Skills & Qualifications :
1 year (preferred) experience in marketing, social media, building websites, SEO
Remote work possible
Running a team of 3-4 people
Building upon existing website that sells parts nation wide
Running daily / weekly / monthly / seasonal promotions
Monitoring freight costs, adjusts by delivery type and area to maximize profit
Responding to customer issues or questions
Running monthly P&L
Uploading Daily Inventory
Checking competitor pricing / promos (price shopping)
Promoting and responding to reviews
Following up on abandoned carts
Creating a robust ebay store with a profile page
Uploading product pictures on Rev and Ebay
Refreshing homepage products and specials
Answering incoming phone calls
Managing the big 3 brands (Ford, GM, CDJR)
