Responsibilities :
Communicate with customers throughout allstages of the service process
Manage, organize, and track all customerservice concerns
Communicate service needs to the customerbased upon the technician’s diagnosis
Maintain a working knowledge of allmanufacturer vehicles and updates
Demonstrate a “servant’s heart” by creatingunique and personalized experiences
Represent Sewell in a professional and caringmanner
Achieve critical service goals and customersatisfaction goals
Requirements : Bachelor’s degree
Organization and attention to detail
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Luxury retail experience preferred
Experience in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work evenings and weekends
Self-motivation
