What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Sexton Companies?
The Sexton Companies are searching for candidates who have their own tools, reliable transportation and experience in a variety of areas including plumbing, electrical and appliances for their Waterford Court community in Lafayette, IN. Prior apartment maintenance experience preferred. Great customer service skills a must. Hours are Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. On call is required and is on a rotating schedule. Great pay and benefits including apartment discount, vacation after 6 months, paid holidays, and a monthly renewal bonus. Uniforms are provided.
