We are looking for:
a motivated Landscaping Operations Branch Manager. As the Operations Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the Foley branch. With expanded control, you will lead our team, manage all aspects of branch operations, and directly influence client satisfaction and business outcomes. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, assertiveness, an eye for detail, basic knowledge of irrigation troubleshooting, and be mechanically inclined.

- PAY RANGE: 55-60K a year
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize all aspects of daily landscaping branch operations with minimal oversight.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary decision-maker for production schedules, staffing needs, and resource allocation.
- Morning dispatch: Headcounts, attendance, checking confirming equipment
- Managing Landscaping Production Schedules Timesheets
- Weekly Landscape Quality Control Route
- Irrigation Management, Inspection, & Troubleshooting: Managing Operating controllers and finding solutions to common irrigation issues
- Managing production issues
- Customer interaction and customer service
- Fleet management- Inspect vehicles and equipment to ensure they all follow a fleet management program and be proactive about cleanliness, organization, and operation.
- Inventory
- Communicating with clients, vendors, and other team members to find creative solutions
- Following up with the appropriate channels when mistakes are found
Requirements:
- 5 years of managing landscape maintenance – maintenance production experience is a must
- 1-2 years of landscape install experience (Preferred)
- Experience in Irrigation Troubleshooting (Preferred)
- Mechanically Inclined: Understand and fix basic mechanical issues
- Great Driving Record and Driver’s License Required
- Great Customer Service and Communication: Proficiency in email etiquette, spoken language, and text communication. The ideal candidate should demonstrate empathetic interaction with customers and exhibit a sense of urgency to ensure satisfaction.
- Excellent Problem Solver: We need someone who can prioritize and execute, see it and handle it.
- Attention to Detail: Managing intricate details, spanning from tasks like inventory and time sheets to swiftly identifying and resolving issues within a landscape.
- Assertiveness To be unclear is unkind, but you don’t have to be unkind to be unclear.
- Self-Motivated and Independent: Capable of leading operations and making decisions with minimal oversight.
- Must manage time effectively
- Humility. A confident yet humble landscaping leader. Someone that is willing to learn and grow with the help of others in leadership and mentoring positions. This person must be a Lifelong Learner with a desire to always be better.
- A worker. Someone willing to go out into the field when necessary and who will put in the time and effort needed to identify processes and issues to improve production in the Maintenance Department, personnel, and equipment, etc.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
