We are looking for:
The Landscape Department Manager is the primary manager for all landscape installation team members. The primary focus of this position is to ensure client satisfaction throughproduction management, plant and material procurement, equipment management, and personnel management.

Responsibilities
- Communication with Customers
- Site Quality Visits
- Production Evaluation
- Evaluations for each team member
- Field and Safety Training
Duties
- Implement weekly field and safety training sessions for assigned crews.
- Truck and Equipment Management
- Actively supervise the equipment management system within the first 90 days.
- Repairs
- Maintenance
- SPH Management (Sales per Hour)
- Evaluate client pricing to improve SPH.
- Sell Enhancements & Additional Services
Requirements
- Must possess the ability to communicate effectively.
- Has experience with professional client relationships.
- Must be familiar with the use of word processing software and email.
- Possesses the ability to lead and inspire others.
- Possesses the five key characteristics of successful Sexton Lawn & Landscape team members: Accountability, Grit (Perseverance), Humility, Positive Attitude
- Must be self-motivated and accountable.
- Must be technically competent and skilled.
Experience 2-4 year experience in Green Industry preferred
