- Implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs, including memory care strategies for those with cognitive impairments.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Support clients in developing life skills and encourage participation in community activities.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the overall quality of life for clients.
Skills
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in senior care settings is preferred.
