What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Manager position at SF Cocktail Club?
This position requires you to be obsessed with accuracy. From inventory to orders to returning vans, every number needs to match.
SCHEDULE
- Standard schedule is Monday through Friday 7am - 4pm with a one hour lunch.
- The first two weeks of December are vacation blackout periods. No vacations allowed during this time period.
- Seasonal weekend availability as needed
INVENTORY
- Full knowledge and Ownership of All things Inventory in the Warehouse
- Pull products from inventory for upcoming orders
- Maintain PAR LEVELS for standard Catering Package Products
- Manage Glassware & Equipment Inventory. Purchase backstock to maintain PAR
SHIPPING
- Manage and Assist with daily loading of events
- Schedule Delivery of all out going retail orders
- Pick, pack and load all orders
- Pack and label completed orders for shipment or pick-up
RECEIVING
- Awareness of incoming items on Purchase Orders
- Accepting Purchase Orders in Quickbooks
- RECONCILING INVENTORY in Quickbooks
- Manage and Assist with daily unloading of events
PURCHASING
- Create PURCHASE ORDERS for Incoming product
- Update PAR LEVELS for Catering Package Products as needed
- New Inventory Software Set Up in collaboration Operations Director
- Labeling Shelves - every shelf in the facility must have a labelled purpose that is adhered to like a religion.
- Purchase inventory from distributors and vendors including all beverage product and all garnish and juice after approval provided during production meetings.
OPERATIONS STAFF MANAGEMENT
- Hiring and Training of new warehouse staff
- Managing schedules, overtime, and weekend hours
- Maintaining roster of holiday/seasonal/part time help
- Payroll overview of warehouse help hours
FLEET MANAGEMENT
- Arranging for Gas Fill Ups as needed
- Managing Fleet (Vans Oil Changes, Tires, Etc)
- Renting transportation as needed for multiple event weekends
FACILITY MANAGEMENT
- Warehouse facility overall maintenance
- Maintain a kitchen at all times
- No compostable trash left over night
- Overall Sweeping, cardboard breakdown etc.
- Manage Auto-Chlor for glassware washing standards
- Manage maintenance of ice machine
- Set up Warehouse Organization Templates and maps for all associates to maintain
- Maintain good relations with landlord and connect with them as needed
Salary : $30 - $45
