Position Summary
We’re looking for a motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our staging and design warehouse. In this role, you’ll manage inventory, optimize storage, and maintain a safe, organized space to support our design, staging, and retail teams. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the organization and preparation of materials, props, and staging items -
- Manage inventory ensuring items are well-stocked, organized, and in good condition
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensure proper documentation and compliance
- Ensure that all staging items are accurately documented and tracked throughout the process
- Enforce safety and handling protocols for fragile or high-value items
- Maintain an organized and tidy warehouse space, optimizing for design workflow and easy access
- Identify and report damaged or missing items, coordinating replacements as needed
- Collaborate with the staging team to prepare items for projects
- Assist with scheduling pickups and deliveries with movers and other team members
- Maintain and update warehouse schedules to align with project timelines
- Supervise and assist with packing, unpacking, and organizing inventory
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse management or logistics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Ability to lift and stand for long periods (physical stamina)
- Detail-oriented with good organization and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.21 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
