Position Summary

In this exciting new role to CVS, we are looking for a leader who can provide strategic leadership and oversight for financial planning and analysis for a Medicare Local Market by managing a team of financial analysts, coordinating budgeting and forecasting processes, providing guidance on financial strategy, and collaborating with stakeholders to align financial goals with business objectives. In addition, they will ensures accurate financial reporting, drives process improvements, and contributes to strategic planning and risk assessment. Responsible for driving targets and goals with Network, Stars, and Revenue Integrity teams for aligned Market.

Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• 10 years experience and adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
• Experience leading the capital budgeting process in partnership with the business leadership team; develop evaluation criterion to guide the leadership team through the investment selection process; and provide oversight of the capital portfolio throughout the plan year
• 3-5 years experience in health care.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oversee the enhancement of core FP&A and Financial operations capabilities, including the evaluation of tools, enhanced processes and better real-time insights on volume and revenue trends, and deeper analytics on gross margin trends and drivers
• Provide support for a variety of finance / business needs, including the development of monthly and quarterly reporting packages, budget presentations for senior leadership, and day-to-day ad-hoc analyses
• Medicare Experience.

Education
Bachelor or similar work experience

This is a hybrid role with a preferred location of Hartford. Will consider additional CVS hub locations.

The typical pay range for this role is:

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
