Position Summary
This is a Scrum Team role that will be a member of the Medicare / Medicaid Transformers team tasked with developing purpose built capabilities for our NextGen platform to support the integration with other applications in the Nextgen platform.
Fundamental Job Components
- Deliver data analysis, and data configuration Stories within an Agile framework.
- Serves as a member of the team to deliver purpose built configuration for the Medicare and IFP pharmacy business team.
- Independently leads the configuration of various business requirements to support the Next Generation Platform Program for the Medicare organization, including products for Medicare Advantage (MA), Medicare Advantage with Prescription Drug Coverage (MAPD) and stand-alone Prescription Drug Plans (PDP) and potentially Medicaid.
- Complete data analysis for member data to identify and resolve data issues.
- With limited direction, translates business requirements into user case stories.
- Performs ongoing system maintenance, research, problem resolution and on-call support, according to defined plans or documentation for existing systems.
- Use the prescribed methodology and be in strict compliance with all required artifacts.
- Independently completes Unit Testing
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years PLSQL / Oracle databases; Intermediate experience
- Experience with Market Prominence, MHK's (formerly MedHOK) Enrollment, Billing and Correspondence platform
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
