Essential job functions:

 Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
 Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding candidates.
 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
 Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to post job openings and source candidates.
 Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
 Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
 Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
 Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting strategies.
 Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
 Maintain relationships with recruiting partners.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education:
 Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field, preferred.
 5 years proven experience as a recruiter in a similar role.

Skills and Abilities:

 Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
 Proficiency in using LinkedIn Hiring is a must.
 Proficiency in Boolean Searches is a must.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Strong organizational and time management skills

Computer skills:
 Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
 Proficient with LinkedIn Hiring 
 UKG Recruiting/Onboarding preferred
