Responsibilities
Basic Purpose
Responsible for supporting and coordinating passenger service operations on a daily basis and for supervising contractors under ANA’s handling requirements and contract, providing review and information to Management.
Include but not limited to:
- Handling special customer requests and supporting with any irregularities, such as delays, problems with baggage, etc.
- Performing ticketing functions, including booking new reservations, issuing tickets and rail passes, collecting ticket penalties, logging and balancing cash transactions, verifying uplifted ticket counts, and preparing the daily sales reports
- Answering phone calls and inquiries in a professional manner
- Greeting customers upon arrival
- Directing customers within the airport
- Performing any other passenger service duties as necessary
- Ensuring the proper performance of all ticketing and reservation functions
- Monitoring check-in operations and bag-room operations
- Monitoring arrival and departure gate operations to ensure that all agents and other personnel are performing as required and that all procedures are being properly followed
- Analyzing and reporting on the frequency and type of questions being asked
- Responding to customer service complaints filed
- Effectively communicating the Company’s values to be delivered by customer service agents at the airport
- Providing information to customers and travel agents regarding ANA flights, ticketing, and fares
- Performing any other customer service functions as directed by Supervisors and Managers.

Rate per Hour:$25.81~

Shift: Various (include weekend and holiday, morning 6:30 am~ and night ~2:30am shift)
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Must be authorized to legally work in the U.S. (no VISA sponsorship)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and excellent customer service skills
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Japanese or other language skills are a plus
- MUST be available to work morning (6:30 am~) and night (~2:30 am) shift
- MUST be able to work on weekdays, weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Understanding in diverse cultures
- Must have a valid state driver’s license
- Must pass pre-employment drug test and 10- year employment background check
Salary : $26
