Responsibilities
Basic Purpose
Responsible for supporting and coordinating passenger service operations on a daily basis and for supervising contractors under ANA’s handling requirements and contract, providing review and information to Management.
Include but not limited to :
Handling special customer requests and supporting with any irregularities, such as delays, problems with baggage, etc.Performing ticketing functions, including booking new reservations, issuing tickets and rail passes, collecting ticket penalties, logging and balancing cash transactions, verifying uplifted ticket counts, and preparing the daily sales reportsAnswering phone calls and inquiries in a professional mannerGreeting customers upon arrivalDirecting customers within the airportPerforming any other passenger service duties as necessaryEnsuring the proper performance of all ticketing and reservation functionsMonitoring check-in operations and bag-room operationsMonitoring arrival and departure gate operations to ensure that all agents and other personnel are performing as required and that all procedures are being properly followedAnalyzing and reporting on the frequency and type of questions being askedResponding to customer service complaints filedEffectively communicating the Company’s values to be delivered by customer service agents at the airportProviding information to customers and travel agents regarding ANA flights, ticketing, and faresPerforming any other customer service functions as directed by Supervisors and Managers.of Hours per week:40 hours
Rate per Hour:$25.81~

Minimum qualifications :
Must be authorized to legally work in the .
