We're seeking a driven and experienced Brand Partnerships & Sponsorships Manager to play a key role in our continued growth and success.

Summary:

The Brand Partnerships & Sponsorships Manager will be responsible for securing and managing sponsorships for SFWRUNWAY's events and initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of the New York market, existing relationships with potential sponsors, and a proven track record in advertising and event sponsorship. Success in this role will be measured by the revenue generated through sponsorships, the quality of partnerships secured, and the overall enhancement of SFWRUNWAY's brand image. This position is critical to our organization's financial sustainability and will directly contribute to the reach and impact of our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sponsorship strategy aligned with SFWRUNWAY's mission and goals.
• Identify, cultivate, and secure partnerships with brands that align with SFWRUNWAY’s values and target audience.
• Evaluate and refine existing sponsorship packages, ensuring they are competitively priced and offer maximum value to potential sponsors.
• Create compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations that clearly articulate the benefits of partnering with SFWRUNWAY.
• Manage all aspects of the sponsorship lifecycle, from initial outreach and negotiation to contract execution and fulfillment.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing sponsors, ensuring their satisfaction and exploring opportunities for repeat partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and events teams to integrate sponsors seamlessly into SFWRUNWAY's events and digital platforms.
• Research and analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sponsorship opportunities.
• Track and report on sponsorship revenue and performance metrics.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and identify potential sponsors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 5 years of experience in brand partnerships, sponsorships, or advertising sales, with a focus on the New York market.
• Proven track record of securing and managing sponsorships for events.
• Strong existing network of contacts within the New York business community.
• Deep understanding of the fashion, media, and entertainment industries.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Experience valuing sponsorship packages and creating pricing strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sponsorship management tools.
• Ability to start immediately is a plus.
