Role : LNA
Location : 9 Haywood Ave, Rutland, VT 05701
Shift : 2:00pm to 10:00pm
Schedule : Monday to Friday (Weekends as Needed)
9 Weeks & 40 Hours Guaranteed
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide high-quality patient care. The LNA will work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the comfort and safety of patients while assisting with daily living activities and basic medical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities (e.g., bathing, dressing, eating).
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and report changes to the nursing staff.
- Provide mobility assistance, including turning, transferring, and ambulating patients.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols.
- Support nursing staff with medical procedures and equipment preparation.
- Provide emotional support and ensure the well-being of patients.
Qualifications:
- Active LNA certification in the state of employment.
- Proven experience in a healthcare or clinical setting (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift/move patients as required.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
