Location : 2600 Northampton St, Easton, PA 18045
Schedule : Monday to Friday (Rotating Schedule)
Timings : 11:00pm to 7:30am (Night Shift)

Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings, including long-term care facilities, emergency rooms, and acute care environments. The LPN will work under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care while adhering to medical protocols and standards.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide direct patient care, including personal hygiene assistance and mobility support.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care activities.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and manage cases effectively.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, medication administration, and treatment plans.
- Participate in triage processes in emergency situations as needed.
- Ensure compliance with medical terminology standards, including ICD-10 coding for diagnoses.
Qualifications
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
- Experience in long-term care settings is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration protocols.
- Familiarity with acute pain management techniques and case management practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
- Ability to perform triage duties effectively in high-pressure situations.
