Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) /Fresh Grad's RN to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in various settings, including hospitals and hospice care. The LPN will work closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of patients through effective communication, medical record management, and adherence to care protocols.
Duties
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Conduct physical examinations and assess patient health status.
- Maintain accurate medical records using Cerner or similar electronic health record systems.
- Assist in catheterization and other clinical procedures as required.
- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and reporting changes in patient conditions.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management, including the use of Durable Medical Equipment (DME).
- Support hospice care initiatives by providing compassionate end-of-life care.
- Uphold knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology to ensure effective communication within the healthcare team.
Requirements
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) /RN license in the state of practice.
- Previous experience in an ER setting or hospital environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in managing medical records and familiarity with Cerner software is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and nursing principles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $33.62 - $35.56 per hour
