SG360° is seeking an Administrative Support professional to join our Project Management team. As the Administrative Support, you will play an important role in the daily operations of the Project Management department.
Job Duties Include:
- Support Project Managers with day-to-day tasks and perform administrative duties for the Project Management team
- Cut proofs
- Assist with billing process
- Help organize all final paperwork
- Track Bills of Lading (BOLs)
- Perform order entries
- Dispersing files to team members within the building and couriering important packages and from other SG360° buildings
- Make copies and scan documents for job tickets, schedules, etc.
- Coordinate with QC to ensure delivery of samples as specified by job/customer
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience
- 1 to 2 years related experience in an office setting required.
- Strong computer skills and proven knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have fortitude to work in a fast paced, manufacturing environment.
- Excellent organization skills and keen attention to detail.
- Able to handle multiple tasks with capability of prioritizing and planning work activities.
- Ability to multitask with excellent time-management skills.
- Flexibility and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, copiers, scanners and smartphones.
Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing, standing, and walking is required. This would require the ability to lift files and packages, and bend, stand, or walk, as necessary.
