Our company is seeking a Warehouse coordinator for 1st shift 6am-2pm.
JOB SUMMARY : The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the facility. Specifically the printed label inventory and paper Inventory in warehouse. The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for the receiving of labels & Paper stock into inventory. The Warehouse Coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring a conforming product, facilitating efficient order fulfillment for outbound shipments while suppling paper to pressrooms. Also contributing to a safe and orderly working environment.
JOB DUTIES :
- Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity.
- Maintaining product identification and location program.
- Researching inventory discrepancies and making necessary corrections.
- Responsible for overseeing physical inventories / cycle counts / random or receipt audits / reconciliations.
- Resolving inventory problems in a timely manner.
- Ensuring all labeling requirements are met in a timely manner.
- Maintaining Inventory Bindery report on a daily basis
- Coordinate and Integrate efforts across operational departments to enhance inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a professional manner in appearance and communications at all times.
- Participate in staff and / or customer meetings if required.
- Develop PC / tablet skills to perform any e-mailing, reports, label preparation, order release, driver sign-out, inventory checks and / or any type of PC / tablet function necessary for that specific area.
- Accuracy of all paperwork produced.
- Follow all customer requirements.
- Assist supervision / management as needed.
- Filing
- Answer door, phone calls, and shipping office windows.
- Follow company policies, guidelines and work instructions.
- Warehouse work as needed
- Maintain professional relationship with customers.
Requirements
Safety, Housekeeping, Security :
JOB SKILLS :
EDUCATION & TRAINING : High School diploma. Training as required by OSHA regulations. Operation of the Segerdahl computer / data collection system. Operation of equipment used in the shipping / receiving department offices. All reports relevant to inventory, shipping and receiving activities.
EXPERIENCE : Three years of experience supervising warehouse or shipping / receiving department, or 10 years of experience in warehousing, shipping, and receiving functions.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : Full motion / motor skills in all body parts, and ability to lift 50 pounds
