Schedule: Shift 1 (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations. This position requires strong computer skills, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently without loss of focus.
- Utilize basic computer skills to complete job functions.
- Verify quantities and part numbers, ensuring accuracy in distinguishing similar part numbers.
- Communicate production and/or inventory discrepancies to the Production Supervisor.
- Monitor assigned duties and prioritize workload accordingly.
- Participate in process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to the company’s safety policies and procedures, as well as OSHA regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in various data entry and inventory software programs.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong time management abilities.
Experience:
- Recent experience working with SAP.
- Work order management experience.
- Inventory management expertise.
