As the Recruitment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment efforts across multiple locations and industries. Leveraging your expertise in staffing services, you will oversee high-volume recruitment processes, manage client relationships, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance our recruitment strategies. You will be responsible for optimizing our recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs, and providing strategic guidance and support.
  • Utilize Vendor Management System (VMS) programs effectively to streamline recruitment processes and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent globally, including passive candidates and diverse talent pools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between recruitment strategies and business objectives.
  • Oversee a team of recruiters, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to drive performance and achieve recruitment goals.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable strategies accordingly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and optimize recruitment processes.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for escalations and issue resolution, maintaining a high

level of client satisfaction.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the recruitment team.
  • Requirements :

  • Proven experience in recruitment management positions within the staffing services industry (MSP Programs) for at least 4 years (MUST)
  • Tech industry expertise (MUST).
  • Former experience recruiting for a wide range of positions is required.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic hiring plans aligned with organizational goals.

    Experience in employer branding strategies to enhance the company's appeal to top talent.

    Stakeholder Management : Ability to collaborate with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and shape recruitment strategies.

  • Demonstrated experience working with Vendor Management System (VMS) programs and other recruitment technologies.
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment processes across multiple locations and industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Spanish (MUST)
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to handle challenges in recruitment and team dynamics.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and improve recruitment processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
