What are the responsibilities and job description for the Daylighting Program Specialist position at SGH Redglaze Holdings, Inc?
Join our Employee-Owned Company as a Daylighting Program Administrator for SGH Concepts, a division of SGH Redglaze Holdings, Inc. This position will oversee all aspects of the daylighting program maintenance, repair and replacement across SGH Concepts’ sales territories. This position is in our Omaha, NE Office and may require some travel.
Responsibilities:
- Organize, maintain and update data related to daylighting projects and opportunities with a customer relationship management (CRM) software tool.
- Adhere to processes with the CRM software to identify opportunities requiring action and track activities systematically.
- Vet opportunities that require action and assign to team.
- Perform field inspections and translate field inspection notes and photos into a comprehensive product report with recommendations.
- Utilize weather tracking software to identify potential weather-related incidents impacting owners.
- Oversee the program’s processes and communicate them with the project team.
- Work with insurance companies on behalf of the product owner to discuss product damage and replacement issues.
