pay rate: $80/hr on W2
HYBRID (3 days - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday preferred) Sunnyvale, CA

Job Summary:
- Only locals, look for 6yrs. to 8yrs. of experience
- There are many small projects where they will be working on
- DBA, business intelligence team
- Weekly, biweekly meeting, schedules, making sure stake holders are joining
- Meet with the Technical team, take care of any escalations
- Computer science background, project management understanding
- Understand the process of documentation GxP
- 2 to 3 rounds of interview
- Looking some one by 1st week of Feb to join
- Mandate 3days a week onsite
Description:
TOP SKILLS:
- Technical Project management (Traditional, Hybrid)
- Business applications exp (SAP, Oracle, and cloud (salesforce, workday, snowflake) Integrations, technical upgrades and installations)
- Medical industry / Validation knowledge desirable
- PMP, Agile certifications
- Strong Communication
- Minimum 10 years experience (nothing less)
Spotlight call notes:
- Technical upgrade and on-prem (data Center) or cloud upgrades releases. SAP and Oracle applications knowledge helpful.
- SAP S4, and SAP Data Archiving products helpful
- Local candidate
- Experience on business applications
- Strong project management experience (All stages)
- Preferred to have PMP certification
- Proven experience delivering multi-vendor projects successfully
Must Have:
- Proven ability to drive multi-million dollar initiatives that impacts multiple cross-functional organizations
- Can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously with little direction
- Demonstrates strong program management skillset; capable of seeing cross functional impacts/initiatives from inception through implementation
- Experience operating independently and administering both complex and integrated project plans to include both internal and external deliverables
- Ability to draft and present executive level presentations
- Ability to lead and guide both internal and external stakeholders to proactively mitigate risks, issues, decisions, and action items
- Lead requirement sessions and prioritization of requirements for current/future state processes based on both quantitative and qualitative outputs - Ability to clearly document processes and create project workflows.
- Experience working cross-functionally between teams to solve problems and implement solutions.
- Can provide recommendations and usher decisions in an environment through ambiguity to achieve synchronicity within project team
- Good standing of PMP Certification
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple, high-reaching priorities simultaneously
Nice to Have:
- Demonstrates best practices Organizational change management
- Understanding of medical device company requirements and GxP Processes
