Title: Robotics Technician (Paint Process)
Location: San Antonio, TX
Duration: **Long Term Contract
Travel is going to be about 50%.
Overtime: about 50% on weekends and Holidays

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 2 years technical degree or equivalent work experience
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with automated robotic paint shop applications
- Experience with Kawasaki Robots, Fanuc Robots (programming and problem troubleshooting)
- Experience with Digital Engineering
Additional related certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities:
- Online robot programming-Run trials and adjust parameters, evaluate quality drawings and meet standards.
- Offline robot programming-Use simulation software to perform reach studies and cycle time analysis. Knowledge of Fanuc Paint Pro and Kawasaki Carott3 programming software.
- Evaluate Quality-Use elco-meters, Fisher Dual Scope, wave-scan and BYK-Mac.
- Create Hand Over Documents-Create snapshots of the robot processes for the NAMC’s, Including node maps, quality data and program back-ups.
