Account Associate Responsibilities:
- Cultivate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within an assigned geographic region by directly engaging with customer, identifying their unique needs.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our clients, products, and services.
- Oversee sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for growth.
- Provide a welcoming and professional greeting to customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Handle follow-ups, process order entries, and generate quotes as needed.
- Resolve customer inquiries and deliver effective solutions to drive client sales revenue.
Account Associate Qualifications:
- No prior experience is required; however, experience in an Account Associate role is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- A degree in Communications, Business Administration, Business Management, or Finance is preferred.
