Our St. Louis location has an opening for a 2nd or 3rd shift Manufacturing Trainee (Plate Maker) position. This is an entry-level role that requires NO EXPERIENCE in manufacturing.
The starting pay for this position is $21/hour plus $1/hour shift differential. Employees are eligible for two, 50-cent increases over the first year if they pass the competency assessments.

Experience

Physical Requirements
- Lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Positioning material with the assistance of carts and overhead cranes
- Standing/walking up to 8 hours
- Vision abilities include close vision in the inspection of the work
- Infrequent pushing/pulling of carts
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay for this position is $21 hourly. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
