Why You Should Apply : Weekly Pay PTO & Health Benefits Bonuses & Career Growth Opportunities No Experience Necessary - Paid Training Provided Job Summary : As a Plate Maker, you'll be a key part of the die-making process, producing post-art manufacturing including negatives and photopolymer plates according to the work order. Primary Responsibilities : Properly mark up required negatives and plates.Trims, opaque and strips negatives and marks them for production.Splice and prepare negatives for production.Pour or set up photopolymer plates at a variety of heights accurately.Perform mechanical or hand pour of plates as necessary.Other Job Duties : Perform light maintenance of equipment as needed.Keep the work area clean and organized.Follow all safety and quality guidelines.What We're Looking For : High school diploma or equivalent required.Basic computer skills and ability to read job order instructions.Ability to use hand, power, and pneumatic tools safely.Comfortable with math, fractions, and geometry.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.Physical Requirements : Able to lift up to 50 lbs.Comfortable lifting and maneuvering large and awkwardly shaped packages.
