Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or confirm appointments
- Assist with cash handling transactions when necessary
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently
- Proficiency in office software applications for data entry tasks
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Experience in outbound calling is beneficial
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $22.00 per hour
