Position Title: Salesforce Technical Architect
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Duration: Long term Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect to spearhead our platform development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture and solution design, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects across various Salesforce Clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Voice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of scalable Salesforce-based technical solutions
- Architect and implement integrations with third-party systems using APIs and middleware
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust Salesforce solutions
- Guide development teams on best practices and oversee the end-to-end technical delivery
- Ensure alignment of Salesforce platform capabilities with business objectives
- Provide technical leadership in Salesforce platform governance, security, and performance tuning
- Document architecture, data models, and technical processes
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder status is mandatory
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem
- 3 years in a Salesforce Architecture or Lead Developer role
- Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Voice
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security, and integration patterns
