CGI Coordinator (Thr3d)

Position Summary

The CGI Coordinator is the liaison between Producers and Production to ensure production of high-quality 3D imaging. The CGI Coordinator is the main point of contact for all production related questions regarding the 2D, Scanning, and Modeling processes.

Essential Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Results

• Assists the Producers by updating Production Information and Schedules
• Assists the Producers by managing task assignments and priorities for the artists
• Provides artists with support to enable them to complete assigned tasks
• Publishes client notes within studio project management system
• Managing incoming data, and outputting deliveries in a variety of methods
• Serves as the first point of contact for all questions having to do with 2D, scanning and modeling assets

Educational & Experience Minimum Requirements

This position requires the following knowledge and skills:

• High School Diploma or its equivalent required. College degree preferred.

• Familiarity with Shotgun, MassTransit, and/or Aspera preferred
• Microsoft Project or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience working in a CGI environment preferred
• 1-2 years’ experience working as a CGI Coordinator in a CGI environment.
