Purpose of the Position
We are looking for a driven and experienced sales representative to manage client relationships, grow our company base and achieve ambitious sales goals.
This role will oversee customer service and sales operations which will also include identifying potential customers, understanding customer needs, and promoting company’s products through combination of cold calling, lead generation, and strategic follow-ups. Success in this role will rely on strong communication skills, in-depth product knowledge, and proven expertise in relationship management. This role will report to the SGW Vice President/General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation. Research and identify potential clients through cold calling, referrals, and networking within industry circles.
- Building relationships. Establish trust with new business prospects while maintaining strong connections with existing customers to drive long-term customer satisfaction.
- Product knowledge. Stay informed about new products, services, and industry trends to position offerings that meet customer needs.
- Client follow-up. Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and explore opportunities for additional sales efforts or referrals.
- Customer Service. Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email. Processing orders, returns and payments. Follow company policy and procedures regarding customer service.
ATL Sales Representative Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications, is preferred but not required.
- At least 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, outside sales, or a similar position, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving customer relationships.
- Expertise in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools for tracking sales efforts and maintaining customer data.
- Exceptional communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and effective time management abilities.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Proficient computer skills.
