OUR OPPORTUNITY
The Corporate IT Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for managing and supporting the technology needs of the Home O????ice team while overseeing the compliance, security, and lifecycle management of IT assets across the organization.
This position ensures seamless day-to-day IToperations, strategic infrastructure management, and support for pre-opening property needs. The
role collaborates closely with the Corporate Director of Applications and Compliance, IT Directors, and People Operations to maintain a robust and secure IT environment.
What does this person actually do? Here are some examples :
Home Office IT Support
- Provide daily IT support for all Home O????ice team members, ensuring quick resolution of issues to maintain productivity.
- Create, manage, and update user accounts in Active Directory (AD), ensuring proper setup, permissions, and cleanup as needed.
- Order and deploy equipment for Home O????ice team members, ensuring timely
replacements and upgrades.
Compliance and Security Oversight
Asset and Lifecycle Management
Microsoft 365 Infrastructure Management
Pre-Opening Support for Properties
Hardware and Application Support
