You’ll be responsible for daily support of all IT systems requests/tickets, from internal platforms to network maintenance supporting the entire hotel team. You’ll also respond promptly to guests’ inquiries and questions, so we need someone who’s really nice, quick, and enjoy being the superhero in the room. It's a tough job, but someone out there loves doing it, which is precisely what we're looking for.

About You...
Passionate about technology and a minimum of 3 years of similar work experience.
A post-secondary diploma, degree or prior hospitality experience would be a plus.
Advanced knowledgeable of information systems operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
Ability to handle multiple ongoing projects/initiatives at one time
Excellent organizational and time management skills with a focus on delivery, responsiveness, ownership and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and software applications.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, ensuring a stable and secure environment.
- Perform routine system maintenance and updates for both hardware and software.
- Ensure that all company devices, such as laptops, servers, workstations, Mobile devices have all security end point software installed and are update to date.
- Monitor and respond to help desk tickets in line with Corporate SLA guidelines.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and updates as needed.
- Provide technical support for Hotel’s Guests and assist with guest facing technology issues.
- Assist in the setup and support of IT infrastructure for Hotel’s events, meetings, or presentations.
- Ensure that IT systems and processes comply with PCI-DSS standards, including securing cardholder data, encryption protocols, and access controls
- Ensure data security and compliance with the SH Group IT policies and procedures.
- Participate in IT project implementations, system upgrades, and migrations.
- Perform Quality IT applications audits.
- Collaborate with the Corporate IT team and operations teams to maintain and improve system performance.
