Seeking an energetic and naturally collaborative Membership Coordinator with a talent for creating effective workflows and a gift for developing interpersonal connections. You’ll be responsible for streamlining operating procedures for the Member Services office, as well as helping to drive member acquisition and retention by ensuring that each experience is distinctive and exceptional.

About You...
Passionate about providing excellent customer service with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience preferred.
Prior Experience Working In a Hotel Is Highly Preferred.
A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
Has the ability to multi-task and a team player.
Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
