Summary

As a Cabinet Prep and Spray Technician at Shabby Brown Restore, you will be integral to our cabinetry projects, focusing on preparation and finishing processes. This role is essential in delivering high-quality results that align with our commitment to excellence in home restoration.

We are adding a option for a clients CNC experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cabinetry surfaces for painting or finishing by sanding, cleaning, and priming as necessary.
• Apply paint or finish using spray techniques to achieve a smooth and professional appearance.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols on the construction site.
• Perform minor repairs or adjustments to cabinetry as needed during the prep process.
• Assist in the selection of appropriate materials and finishes for projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cabinet preparation and spray finishing techniques.
• Familiarity with caulking, trim carpentry, and other related skills is essential.
• Ability to work efficiently on a construction site while adhering to safety standards.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
