- Training coordination: session planning and documentation maintenance.
- Employee engagement: event organization and recognition program execution.
- Compliance monitoring: labor law adherence and policy enforcement.
- Administrative tasks: report preparation, correspondence, and presentation support.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in HR-related roles.
- College coursework in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Associate's degree or higher preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and HRIS system familiarity.
- Integrity and confidentiality handling.
