Location: Field-Based (In Field/Remote/Home Office)

Shack Shine is a premier exterior cleaning company that also offers professional Christmas light installation services. With nearly $1M in top-line revenue in 2024 and over 1,000 repeat customers, Shack Shine is on a mission to elevate its growth to the next level. We’re looking for a passionate and goal-driven Sales Representative to join our team and play a key role in expanding our business. This sales rep will work side by side with the franchise owner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling & Lead Generation:
- Primary Focus: Ensure that our schedule is filled with high-quality work. This involves generating leads and keeping a steady flow of work scheduled for our team.
- Client Relations & Bids:
- Visit commercial properties to gather information and create accurate bids.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Team Communication:
- Clearly communicate with the service technicians responsible for completing the work. Ensure seamless coordination of client schedules and project details.
- Possible Operational Management Crossover (Depending on candidate desire and experience):
- Depending on your background, there could be opportunities for taking on additional responsibilities in operations, helping to drive efficiency and optimize business performance.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you’re the "talkative" one in your group, able to engage with customers and connect easily.
- Strong goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
- Experience in sales or related fields is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.
Additional Requirements:
- Full Shack Shine apparel will be provided, and you will be expected to wear it when on-site.
- As this is a field-based role, some of your time will be spent traveling to and from job sites for estimates and client visits.
- Ability to work remotely from your home office while managing a field-based schedule.

Base salary :
Salary of $35k with commission possibilities to double that income based on last years sales. There will be no commission cap.
