Outdoor Field Service Associate Lead

Lead Outdoor Technician - $21-$26 per hr (all inclusive with Tips, Bonuses, PTO and Commissions)

Shack Shine is growing and looking for a positive, physically fit leader to join our professional, friendly field teams in Richmond, VA. We’re a premium home service company, specializing in window washing, gutter cleaning, power washing & holiday light installation services.

Leading Teams with the following Duties:

• Completing window washing, gutter cleaning and pressure washing of residential properties and homes with the latest equipment and technology
• Putting up custom Christmas lights on residential homes and commercial properties
• Organizing and managing equipment, including our Vans
• Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service
• Invoicing and payment completion
• Planning and managing the job site as well as producing the work with others

Skills and Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean abstract is a must
• MUST be 21 years of age
• Must live within 30/40 min commute of Richmond, VA
• Must have reliable transportation
• Experienced working or comfortable with heights, ladders, etc. is a must
• Experience leading teams
• Self-managed and friendly personality
• Able to do physical work including bending, lifting, and handling tools
• Previous experience in labor jobs and a strong work ethic
• Proven ability to Upsell services

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
