Overview
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Customer Service experienced office personnel to join our Manufacturing team. Customer Service, Data Entry, Phone Service, Microsoft Proficient, Basic Office organizing and filing, Customer relation building, etc. If you know manufacturing you are perfect for the position. We operate Monday through Friday from 8:00Am to 5:00PM. You must have good attendance and be on time daily.
Duties
- Company Representative
- Data entry with activity follow up.
- Account Management/Customer Relation Building.
- Email, phone calls, and customer visits.
- Organizing, preparing, printing, and sorting work orders for the production floor
- You must provide order activity updates to the customers
- Closing and shipping orders via UPS or LTL.
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred but not required.
- Quick learning with Mentoring ability
- BOM and Inventory Experience.
- Microsoft Excel Proficient.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols effectively.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
