Creative Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Associate Creative Director to join our team. As an Associate Creative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various creative projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, advertising, and design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and experience in print advertising, email marketing, and performance marketing. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns - Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts and ideas - Oversee the development and execution of creative projects from concept to completion - Provide guidance and feedback to designers, copywriters, and other team members - Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design, advertising, and marketing - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of creative strategies with business goals Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design or related field - Proven experience as an Associate Creative Director or similar role - Strong portfolio showcasing successful creative campaigns across various channels - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - Experience with marketing automation platforms and tools - Knowledge of HTML5 and email marketing best practices - Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and strategies - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for creativity and a drive for delivering exceptional results, we would love to hear from you.
