Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our Lake Community Homeowners Associationand providing exceptional support to our staff and clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be acquainted with Excel spreadsheets, word documents and quickbooks
Duties
- Manage front desk operations, anwering incoming calls, greeting residents and processing payments, scheduling party room rental, collectiing fees.
- Provide outstanding customer support through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Make copies of correspondence, reports and other documents.
- Welcomes new members and issues membership materials and gate cards.
- Support personal assistant duties as needed for Board Members and Association Manager
- Collaborate with other departments (maintenance, security and code enforcement

- Prepare out going mail
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Proficient computer literacy with Excel,Word, Quickbooks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in front desk operations or customer support is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands, arms and speak clear. The employee is occassionally required to stand, walk, and stopp and kneel, crouch. Must regularly lift and or move up to 25 lbs.
