Shadow Ridge Country Club is seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team in an upscale Club environment. This individual will play a vital role in curating elegant and unforgettable dining experiences for our exclusive membership, while overseeing all aspects of our F&B operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing upscale dining venues, a love for delivering exceptional service, and leadership skills to nurture and guide our dedicated staff.
A typical day would include…
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of multiple food and beverage outlets including the upscale Ridgewood restaurant, Shan’s golf simulator lounge, outdoor Terrace, on-course comfort stations and the Pool Snack Bar.
- Executing small and large events; some of which occur on the same day.
- Ensuring seamless service for our Members and their guests with impeccable attention to detail while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation in every dining experience.
- Hiring, training, managing and nurturing a team of front-of-house staff, fostering a culture of professionalism, friendliness, cleanliness and quality of service.

- Ensure that every event, meets the Club's renowned standards for sophistication, quality, and impeccable service.
- Respond to guest concerns with tact, empathy, and a commitment to excellence, ensuring that every need is anticipated and met.
The ideal candidate is/has…
- Willing to work rotating shifts and holidays.
- Outgoing, confident, courteous and professional.
- Proven experience (3 years) in food and beverage management, ideally in a luxury setting such as a high-end country club, resort, or fine dining establishment.
