Job Summary
The Beverage Cart Attendant plays a vital role in enhancing the customer experience by providing exceptional service while serving beverages and snacks on the course. The Beverage Cart Attendant will ensure that all guests receive their orders promptly and maintain a clean and organized cart.
Duties
- Serve a variety of beverages and snacks to customers on the golf course or designated area.
- Operate POS system for order processing.
- Manage inventory levels of beverages and snacks, restocking as necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Keep the beverage cart clean, organized, and stocked throughout shifts.
Skills
- Proficient in using a POS system
- Strong time management skills to efficiently serve customers during peak hours.
- Basic understanding of retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
