What are the responsibilities and job description for the Day Services Associate Director of Employment position at Shadowfax?
- $992/week
- Full-time salaried position
- Responsible for oversight of the services offered through the Employment Dept., including team members and individuals with ID/A
- Responsibilities may include providing direct care to individuals with ID/A
- Hours will be based on the needs of the Program, and will at times be outside of regular office hours and may include some evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Supervisory experience is required
- Employment Services experience preferred
- Requires one of the following:
- A master’s degree or above from an accredited college or university and 1 year of experience working directly with persons with ID/A,
- OR A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of experience working directly with persons with ID/A,
- OR An associate’s degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years of experience working directly with persons with ID/A
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of good driving experience with your license, and must meet our driver eligibility criteria
- Basic computer skills required
