What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Associate Director position at Shadowfax?
- $1,000 Sign-on Bonus, $500 paid upon successful completion of the 90-day introductory period and then $500 paid after 180 days; must be hired on or before 12/23/24. Former staff must be separated for at least 6 months to be eligible for the sign on bonus.
- $1,070/week
- Full-time salaried position,
- Responsible for supervision of 4-6 residential programs
- Responsibilities may include providing direct care to individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism
- Responsible to promote and support meaningful lifestyles of each individual.
- Job responsibilities include an on-call rotation during evenings and weekends.
- Supervisory experience is required
- Requires one of the following:
- A master’s degree or above from an accredited college or university and 1 year work experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, or
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years work experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, or
- An associate’s degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years work experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.
- Basic computer skills required
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of good driving experience with your license, and must meet our driver eligibility criteria
